Goings on in Smittyville
1. I am here to confirm that even though I’ve already said it, my morning/all day nausea has for real, for real subsided completely. I mean, minus the occasional toothbrush gag,...but that is totally to be expected, right? I even went to the gym today.
2. While we’re on the subject of mini Smitty, I’m going to the doctor tomorrow for the first time. I’m twelve weeks. Don’t you think that seems like a long time for the first OB appointment? I mean, the thought of the possibility of two babies being in there is making my palms a little sweaty. For the love, give me a heartbeat or something!
3. I’m afraid we have a little Chatty Charles on our hands.
In fact, he actually stole my phone yesterday and called my sister four times, chatting it up with every single member of her family before I caught him.
4. Oh, yeah! (TMI alert!!!!) Wylder pooped in the big potty today. Okay, so it probably doesn’t really count. I had to give him a suppository because it had been a while. Should it count? You tell me. Either way, he wasn’t near as excited as he should’ve been. Just kept reading his book like nothing happened. He didn’t even finish his chocolate chip reward. What in the world?

Meridith, I found out mine were twins at 7 weeks. It was a shock and still surprises me daily even though they’re almost 3. Glad you just have one to keep Wylder entertained and annoyed!

I tried looking for a chocolate cake that uses milk instead of water and I can’t find it. I was going to substitute chocolate milk in whatever recipe for the regular milk, trying to get a richer or a more chocolaty taste.
